Blood Ties by Sophie McKenzie
A Short Review by Brandon H, Robartes School, Age 11, Class 6KR

Blood Ties is a great book. I would acknowledge every teenager-and young adult- to read it as it is an edgy thriller with thousands of twists-and-turns, and a gripping storyline. It really packs a punch for all ages (except those too young to read it or understand it) and even might get fantasy lovers to switch to the genre of thriller! I know, as that's what happened to me when I read it.
What do you think will happen? Will Theo discover his foggy past? Will Rachel discover what her father's mysterious text message, 'Goddess still in heaven' means? Will their romance stay alive? And, the most important: Will you read it?
